Samsung TVs - no or unstable connection to the internet
- Issue: Some Samsung TVs either do not connect to the internet or do not maintain a connection.
- Interim work-around: Some users have found that whitelisting these domains resolves the issue: cdn.samsungcloudsolution.com and time.samsungcloudsolution.com. Others are able to connect to the internet after either temporarily or indefinitely turning Port 80 Interception Off. We do not recommend permanently turning Port 80 Interception off, but you may choose to do so until a long-term solution is found.
- Long-term resolution plan: We are continuing research to find a long term solution.
